Sci-fi fans have long had concerns that J.J. Abrams will confuse the popular franchises of Star Trek and Star Wars. But what would that actually look like?
Official Comedy has had a go at visualising the scene, and for fans of either series it's quite painful (for those of us who like both - and we do exist - it might be more amusing).
Watch out for the drawings of Yoda as Spock and an assimilated Borg Leia; personally, my favourite part is watching a grown man play with all the action figures, even if it is just for a Youtube video. Adorable.
Star Trek: Into Darkness is in cinemas now, with the new Star Wars film coming in 2015.
