Manchester road artist 'Wanksy' draws penises around potholes, forcing the city to fix them

If you've been on any road ever in the United Kingdom, chances are you know about potholes. Turns out one anonymous resident has taken matters into his own hand, calling himself 'Wanksy' and drawing penises around them that the city's council cannot ignore.
