Amputee Builds Prosthetic Leg Out Of Lego

Christina Hunter, a practicing occupational therapist and clinical researcher who lost her foot after a crush injury, has built herself a prosthetic leg out of Lego.  Has to be one of the better things you will see all day.

So why did she do it? "Someone in my research lab jokingly suggested I make a prosthetic leg out of legos. The joke’s on you—I went home and did it. Please don’t do this yourself, I don’t want you to fall and get hurt!"

Taking 'standing on lego bricks' to a much more beneficial level.
